Dr. Antoine Khadige

Antoine Khadige is a Principal with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Financial Services practice. He combines in-depth business expertise with deep technical know-how that allows him to harmonize technology and business needs to deliver impactful change across a wide range of topics.

Antoine has over 15 years of experience in consulting, industry, and entrepreneurship. He specializes in corporate strategy, consumer finance, payments, and fintech. He has led large-scale transformation initiatives to digitize products and enhance end-to-end customer journeys. He also defined go-to-market strategies and operating models for neo banks by identifying target customer segments and designing value propositions. In addition, he worked with nonfinancial and technology companies to develop and implement enterprise-wide payment strategies, products, and infrastructure across the payment value chain.

Antoine sits on the boards of several startups and advises founders on product development, growth strategies, and investments. He also works with leading accelerators and incubators in the MENA region to promote fintech entrepreneurship and lobby for tech-friendly regulatory environments.

Antoine holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of Lyon, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IE Business School, a Master’s in Management finance from London School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from the American University of Beirut.
