Georges Massoud is Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, Middle East.

Georges leads our financial services in KSA while advising clients in public and private financial services, especially banking & insurance, Oil and Gas, metals & mining, public sector and privately held companies. Georges also is a core member of our European banking and securities leadership and co-leads globally our banking solutions and assets.

Georges served clients in the Middle East, Europe (e.g., in Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Italy, Ukraine, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, and Switzerland) and north Africa on a wide range of topics, including market-entry strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), growth strategy, greenfield investment and business building, sales and marketing strategy, front-line & back-office operational performance improvement, retail-banking distribution innovation, and more.
