Mr. Jerome Droesch

Based in Dubai, Jérôme Droesch is the Chief Executive Officer of the Domestic Health and Health Services forInternational Health, Cigna Healthcare.

He is responsible for advancing Cigna’s Domestic Health portfolio and Health Services propositions, as the premier provider of both health and wellness insurance services to individuals, groups, and government entities,for the International Health business (all businesses outside the United States) for Cigna Healthcare.

In addition, Jerome spearheads the growth of the Health Services business for Cigna Healthcare (outside the US), where he is tasked with the implementation of high-level strategies for ensuring the long-term profitable growth of the organization.

Jerome is passionate about making quality health care accessible to a wider section of the population. To champion this vision, Jerome also leads Cigna’s International Market’s Strategy and Innovation functions.

He is also a Board Member of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry Advisory Council, tasked with playing a role in furthering HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s vision and driving the economic development of the Emirate of Dubai.
